JOB POSTING (UNPAID INTERNSHIP):
Thresh is seeking Grant Writing Interns to support our development efforts. This is a valuable opportunity to build your grant writing portfolio while contributing to meaningful, socially driven arts projects. Please note this is an unpaid internship intended for individuals who already have some relevant experience. This position is also remote, with flexible hours available, for a total of approximately 12-16 hours per month (3-4 hours per week).

Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading grant proposals and reports

Organize and maintain grant-related documents and application materials

Research and identify new funding opportunities (grant prospecting)

Collaborate with Thresh’s team to collect and organize content for proposals

Track deadlines and help ensure timely submission of applications

Qualifications

Previous experience with grant writing is required; this may include:

Writing or editing sections of grant proposals or reports

Organizing materials or supporting application processes

Assisting with grant prospecting or funder research

Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Interest in the performing arts and/or social impact work is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
