Job Summary
- The Senior Client Data Analyst will demonstrate sophisticated analytics and methodologies to transform data elements into business intelligence systems. This position will recommend, track, trend, and compute key economic and operational opportunities for our client base.Job Responsibilities
- Drives data warehouse, banking, and retrieval systems with the use of Structured Query Language
- Drives sophisticated analytics, root cause analysis, and quantitative modeling to consider various alternatives and support corrective labor management strategies
- Applies appropriate predictive modeling techniques to develop new Time Series – Predictive Models and improve the forecasting accuracy of Predictive Models in a production environment
- Builds highly flexible and repeatable data transformation processes to deliver findings to the client audience
- Coaches and mentors clients and colleagues on the successful use of business intelligence
- Chips into client outcomes, success stories, and opportunities to drive marketing efforts
- Drives individual professional growth using learner, customer-centric, and focus/motivation attributes to advance expertise, and achieving line of sight goals
- Compiles client data by applying a methodology to achieve client return-on-investment
- Travel as needed Key Skills
- Knowledge of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences modeler
- Statistical Package for the Social Sciences statistics
- Predictive Modeling experience
- Time Series Modeling experience Qualifications
- Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Master's Degree | Preferred
- Additional Experience
- Expert in SQL
- High Skill Level in creating Power BI reporting
- High Skill Level in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal is critical.
- Experience R & Python Fluency are preferred
- Experience with Snowflake is preferred
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass and Salesforce data is preferred. Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$113,500 - $134,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
