About the opportunity:

• One of the best healthcare facilities located in Chelsea, Massachusetts is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join their growing team

• They offer the highest quality of Residential and Long Term Care programs to eligible Massachusetts Veterans

• In conjunction with RNs, you will provide routine care for the sick or injured

LPN Responsibilities:

• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition

• Changing dressings or inserting catheters

• Assisting with tests or procedures

• Consulting with RNs on care plans

• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation

LPN Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license

• Any experience working with elderly patients or veterans is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
