About the position

The Sales Guide at Disney Signature Experiences will play a crucial role in navigating consumers through the sales journey, ensuring a memorable and engaging buying experience that reflects the Disney brand. This position focuses on building relationships, meeting sales revenue goals, and collaborating with the sales team to promote Disney's new home community, Cotino™, in the Greater Palm Springs area.

    Responsibilities
  • Navigate consumers through the sales journey and assist in their buying decisions.

    Requirements
  • Active CA Real Estate License
  • ,
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industries
  • ,
  • 2+ years of new home-building experience
  • ,
  • Experience assisting buyers through the full real estate lifecycle process
  • ,
  • Proficiency in handling a high volume of leads and multitasking effectively
  • ,
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • ,
  • Deep understanding of and connection to the Disney brand
  • ,
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • ,
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and through active listening
  • ,
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze floor plans and blueprints
  • ,
  • A valid Driver's License
  • ,
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
