We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Document Typing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who is accurate, fast, and comfortable working with a variety of text-based materials including handwritten notes, scanned documents, and PDF files.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately type and format documents from scanned images, PDFs, or handwritten notes
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or online forms
Proofread typed content to ensure spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy
Organize and label files according to given instructions
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity and confidentiality

Requirements:

Strong typing speed (50+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic document formatting
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior data entry or transcription experience is a plus

Job Details:

Remote and flexible part-time position
Workload varies weekly based on project needs
Payment on a per-task or hourly basis (depending on the assignment)
