Posted 2025-06-20Job Description Education:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, business administration, or data analytics, or equivalent experience.Role Overview:• We're looking for an experienced data analyst who can't wait to work with content-related data. You'll help us build our content analytics capabilities from the ground up. As a key analyst on the team, you'll be involved with defining organizational metrics, providing regular reporting, and translating data into business insights. You're someone that takes pride in nailing the details and can't help but dig into the data when you have a question.• What you'll do: - Create dashboards that tie to company and team goals - Perform ad hoc analyses and translate findings into insights across all areas of the Content team. - Design effective presentations, research what-if questions, and iterate on programs-based on findings - Work with the data science, business analytics, and data engineering teams to optimize data capture, security, and regular reporting design.• What we're looking for: - Experience working in a fast-paced environment analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets - Background in economics, statistics, or a similar field - Clearly communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and large groups on tight deadlines - Must love building things and be passionate about making data and analytics accessible and easy to use for non-technical audiences - Fluency in SQL, Excel, R, and/or other statistical and data visualization software.Skills:• Analytical skills: data literacy, ability to translate data into stories and insights, OKR metric creation, driver-based data modelling• SQL: must be self-sufficient in pulling data and navigating a messy data environment• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure open-ended questions into concrete plans to tackle.
