- Pay rate is $18.81 hourly with potential growth based on performance and skill level demonstrated.

- Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
- Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
- Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
- Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.
- Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
- Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies
- Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
- Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
- Self-starter and motivated team player
- Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
- Ability to maintain a productive work environment; remaining courteous and professional at all times
- Full-Time Schedule is Monday - Friday, and an 8-Hour shift will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm in accordance with operational need, and may require working holidays.
- This is not a remote position. This position is located at our training facility in Denver, CO.
- Moderate noise functional (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group cubicle setting)
- Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
- This is not a Department of Transportation Safety-sensitive position.
