- Responsibilities
- Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, UC, and cloud-based communication solutions and platforms. ,
- Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for all collaborative technologies and activities. ,
- Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources. ,
- Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience. ,
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training. ,
- Active Secret Clearance. ,
- Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects. ,
- Experience in the management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects. ,
- Proven track record of leading/supporting all aspects of complex technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful close. ,
- Knowledge of a wide range of distributed, PC and network operating systems. ,
- Knowledge of a wide variety of applications and related architecture across departments. ,
- Knowledge of vendor management in the hosting, disaster recovery, IT services, and application support space. ,
- Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio.

- Collaboration skills with business and technical groups. ,
- PMP Certification.
